Why training matters now
The Australian Government's Policy for the responsible use of AI in government asks Commonwealth agencies to provide training on responsible AI use for all staff. The updated policy took effect on 15 December 2025, according to the Digital Transformation Agency.
State agencies and councils work under their own frameworks and policies. Whatever applies to you, your organisation decides the rules. Our job is to help officers follow them in daily work.

Are you on a government supplier panel?
We do not claim panel membership. Talk to us about how your organisation buys training, and we will work with your process.
Can the training include our own AI policy?
Yes. We write lessons from your policy and examples, and you approve every lesson before it goes live.
Does this replace training our agency is required to use?
No. If your organisation mandates a specific course, that still applies. Our training adds practice on your own rules and work.
Can officers see it before we commit?
Yes. Any officer can take the free foundation course today, and we can run a team pilot of about 30 days.
What records do we get?
Completion status per learner, a verification code on every certificate, and a completion report for leaders or an audit.
Is the training accredited?
No. It is non-accredited professional development with a certificate of completion.
