How do I verify an AI Work Ready certificate?
Every AI Work Ready certificate of completion carries a unique verification code. To check one, open our certificate verification page, type in the code exactly as it appears on the certificate and select Verify. A genuine certificate shows its details so you can compare them with the copy you were given. You do not need an account to verify a certificate.

Employers, managers, recruiters and anyone else who has been shown an AI Work Ready certificate and wants to confirm it is real.
How to check a certificate
- Find the verification code on the certificate.
- Open the certificate verification page on our learning site.
- Enter the code and select Verify.
- Compare the learner's name, the course and the date with the certificate you were given.
What the certificate means
The certificate shows the learner completed an AI Work Ready course, including its module checks. It is a certificate of completion for non-accredited professional development. It is not an AQF qualification and does not certify competence in a particular job.

Common questions
Do I need an account to verify a certificate?
No. The verification page is open to anyone with the code.
The code is not recognised. What should I do?
Check for typing errors, especially similar letters and numbers. If it still fails, email admin@aiworkready.com.au with the code and we will look into it.
Is the certificate an accredited qualification?
No. It is a certificate of completion for non-accredited professional development.
How can learners show their certificate?
Learners can add it to LinkedIn under Licences and certifications, list it on a resume under professional development, or share the code with a manager.
Which courses issue certificates?
Responsible AI for Australian Workplaces issues a certificate of completion. Future courses will say so on their course page.
