How do we train staff on our AI policy?
Turn the policy into practice. Most staff read an AI policy once and forget it. They remember it when they have used each rule on a task that looks like their own work. Take each rule, write a short scenario where it matters, ask staff to make the call, then explain the answer. AI Work Ready builds those lessons from your policy, puts them on a training site in your brand and records who has completed them.

How it works
- You send your AI policy and a few examples of everyday work.
- We write short lessons and questions that apply each rule to those examples.
- You review every lesson. Nothing goes live until you approve it.
- Staff complete the training on your branded site and earn a certificate.
- When your rules change, we update the lessons.

We don't have an AI policy yet. Can you still help?
Your organisation decides its own rules, and we do not write legal policy. Many teams start with the free foundation course while their rules are drafted, then add the policy lessons once it is approved.
Who approves the content?
You do. You review every lesson and question before it goes live.
What happens when our policy changes?
We update the lessons on your training site so staff learn the current rules.
Does completing the training make us compliant?
No training can promise that. It helps show staff were taught your rules, with records of who completed it.
How much does it cost?
